About the work
Spiritual Guidance sessions follow a held, four-part structure:
You leave with insight, clarity, and a clearer sense of what’s true for you.
Life Coaching sessions blend intuition with practical coaching frameworks. A typical session moves through:
The premise is simple: the answers you’re seeking are already within you. My role is to help you hear them.
Here are some signals:
If you’re not sure, that’s exactly what the free 15-minute discovery call is for. We’ll talk about what you’re moving through and figure out which type of session, or perhaps a blend, would serve you best.
Yes, through Thrive: Self-Care for Leaders, a workshop series for teams and organizations who care about sustaining the people who carry the weight. Thrive walks teams through evidence-based self-regulation tools (breathing, EFT/tapping, grounding, and more) and ends with each participant building their own personalized Self Care Menu. It’s available as a 2-hour workshop, half-day workshop, or 3-workshop series spread over three weeks.
Originally developed through the WomenLift Health Leadership Journey, Thrive is particularly resonant for women in leadership, though the practices benefit every leader.
Holistic coaching looks at the whole of you, not just one part of your life in isolation. I work across your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies, understanding that they’re deeply connected. Something showing up as a physical symptom might have roots in your emotional world. A mental pattern might be draining your energy. My role is to help you see these connections and work with them, rather than treating each one separately.
No. I’m not a licensed therapist, and my work isn’t clinical. That said, I bring a deep understanding of psychology, mental health, and the therapeutic process, both from years of study and from my own extensive personal journey through inner work, trauma healing, and nervous system regulation. That lived knowledge allows me to guide people through many of the challenges they’re facing in a meaningful way.
Coaching is future-oriented and growth-focused. It’s about helping you build awareness, develop tools, and move forward on your path. If you’re currently seeing a therapist, I’d encourage you to continue that alongside our work together. The two can complement each other beautifully.
No. I’m not a medical doctor, and I don’t diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care. The work I do is coaching and guidance, not medicine. If you’re managing a medical condition, please stay under the care of your physician or specialist. My work is designed to support and complement what you’re already doing for your health — not to replace it.
People come to me for many reasons: anxiety, burnout, navigating difficult relationships, healing from narcissistic parents, processing a spiritual experience, learning emotional regulation, working through mid-life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and wanting to grow. If you’re unsure whether your situation is a fit, the best thing to do is book a free discovery call and we’ll talk it through together. And if I feel someone else in my network would be a better fit for you, I’m always happy to make that recommendation.
Not at all. You don’t need to identify as spiritual, follow any tradition, or have any particular beliefs to work with me. Some clients come because they’re navigating a spiritual experience. Others come because they’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, or a feeling that something needs to shift. Wherever you are is exactly the right starting point. I’ll meet you there, and we’ll only go where feels right for you.
Practical
Every session is shaped to you. There’s no rigid formula, but there is an arc. I often start by helping you ground, checking in with where you are, connecting to your values, and anchoring into yourself. From there, we grow — exploring what’s present for you, unpacking patterns, practicing a regulation technique, doing breathwork or grounding, or working at the energetic level. And over time, we work toward helping you rise — stepping into clarity, a sense of direction, and tools you can carry with you. Some sessions are deeply emotional, some are more practical and action-oriented. I follow your lead, and I’ll always check in with you about what feels right.
1:1 sessions (Spiritual Guidance and Life Coaching) are 50 minutes. Leadership Coaching sessions are 50 minutes. Meditation Mondays runs for 30 minutes. Pages and Presence is held for 2 hours. The Thrive workshops are tailored to the needs of your organisation or team.
Sessions are available as single bookings ($50 each, 50 minutes) or in a 4-session package ($180, which saves you $20). These are current rates through 2026. I generally recommend starting with the 4-session package — it gives us enough space to go deeper than a single conversation and build real momentum. After that, it depends on you and what you’re working through. Some people continue for longer as they move through deeper layers of growth, others book a single session when something specific comes up. There’s no pressure to commit beyond what feels right — we’ll check in together as we go.
Most sessions are held virtually via Zoom, which makes it easy to work together wherever you are in the world. I also offer in-person sessions in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland area.
It’s a free 15-minute conversation where we get to know each other a little. You can share what’s on your mind, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether this is the right space for you. There’s absolutely no obligation to book anything afterwards. Think of it as a chance to see if it feels right.
About me
I have over twelve years of experience in global health, an MSc from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and completed doctoral coursework at Boston University. I’m a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, and currently completing training as an Intuitive Energy Healer and Hypnotherapist, and I’m completing an ICF-accredited coaching certification. Beyond formal credentials, I bring over a decade of mentoring and guiding people across countries and cultures, and a deep personal journey through the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. You can read more on my About Me page.
A few things drew me to the hummingbird. There’s the symbolism it carries: harmony, joy, and presence. There’s the incredible way its body works: a heart beating over a thousand times a minute, wings flapping fifty to eighty times a second, and yet, in the middle of all that motion, it can hold perfectly still. I thought about the sound the wings make: a hum. And humming regulates the nervous system — the vagus nerve runs through the vocal cords, and vibration activates our ‘rest and digest’ states. In addition, in Sanskrit, this hum is the makara — the closing “mmm” of Om, the syllable where sound dissolves into stillness. And finally, one of my favorite things about hummingbirds is how they cross many traditions — Mesoamerican, Caribbean, Native American. In these cultures, the hummingbird is a messenger between worlds, flitting between the spirit realm and ours. It’s a very positive symbol to see one. That movement across dimensions is what integrated and holistic work is, too: living in body, mind, heart, and spirit at once, not just one of them. At Hummingbird Path, I work to meet people on their path. Similar to the hummingbird, we each fly our own course, and sometimes, like the hummingbird, this can be 500 miles in one day.
The best way to find out if this is right for you is to have a conversation.
